All plans are monthly recurring. No annual plans, trials, or coupons in v1. Shopify merchants are billed through Shopify's native billing; Meta charges are separate.

What you need to know

Order counting

  • An order is counted when the first message (order received) is accepted for sending.
  • At the monthly cap, new orders are skipped with an upgrade reason shown in the dashboard.
  • No overage charges — you upgrade or wait for the next cycle.
  • Later lifecycle messages (shipped, delivered) for already-counted orders do not recount.

Meta message charges

  • WhatsApp message fees are set by Meta and billed directly to your WhatsApp Business Account.
  • CommercePing does not mark up, resell, or intermediate Meta fees.
  • Meta's pricing varies by country and message type (utility, marketing, authentication, service).
  • You are responsible for Meta charges regardless of your CommercePing plan.

Subscription scope

  • Each subscription covers exactly one store and one sending WhatsApp number.
  • Multiple stores or numbers require separate subscriptions.
  • Free tier is monthly recurring (not a time-limited trial).
  • Cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period.

Billing by platform

  • Shopify: subscriptions managed via Shopify Billing API; invoices and receipts in Shopify admin.
  • WooCommerce: billing provider to be confirmed; details published before launch.
  • Meta charges appear on your Meta/WhatsApp Business billing, not on CommercePing invoices.
