When will CommercePing launch?

We are in private development. No public launch date is announced. Check this site for updates.

Can I join a waitlist?

No. There is no waitlist. The site will be updated when public sign-up opens.

Which platforms are supported?

WooCommerce and Shopify. Both are required for v1.

How are Meta fees handled?

WhatsApp message charges are billed directly by Meta to your WhatsApp Business Account. CommercePing adds zero markup.

Can I use my existing WhatsApp number?

Yes. You connect your own WhatsApp Business number via Meta Embedded Signup during setup.

What happens at the monthly order cap?

New orders are skipped with an upgrade reason shown in the dashboard. No overage charges. Upgrade or wait for the next cycle.
