Refund policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your access to CommercePing features continues until the end of the current paid period. No further charges will be made.

First paid charge — 14-day refund window

For the first paid charge on a new subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of that charge. Contact [email protected] with your account email and the charge reference.

Subsequent charges — no prorated refunds

After the first paid charge, we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time when you cancel mid-cycle. Your access runs to the end of the paid period.

Exceptions — full refund on request

We will issue a full refund for:

• Billing errors: If we charge you incorrectly (wrong amount, wrong plan, duplicate charge).
• Duplicate charges: If the same subscription period is charged more than once.

Shopify merchants

Subscriptions purchased through the Shopify App Store follow Shopify's billing and refund flow. Refund requests for Shopify-billed subscriptions are handled by Shopify according to their policies. CommercePing cannot override Shopify's refund process.

Meta (WhatsApp) charges

WhatsApp message fees are billed directly by Meta to your WhatsApp Business Account. These charges are not CommercePing fees and are not eligible for refund through CommercePing. Any questions about Meta charges should be directed to Meta support.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with:

• Your account email address
• The charge date and amount
• The reason for the request (first-charge window, billing error, or duplicate charge)

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
